Files tab - Google drive, Apply Master Folders
Be sure to add Student Records folder before attempting to add a master folder
- From within your CounselMore Account > Settings (at the top right) > Google Drive
- Under section, "Folders Configuration", click button labeled "Add Client Storage Folder"
- A new window will open (this is your Google drive directory)
- Double Click the CounselMore folder
- Single Click Student Records
- Click the blue button at the bottom labeled "Select"
- You should now see your Student Records folder labeled in the CounselMore app
Linking a Master Folder From G Drive To CounselMore
- From within your CounselMore Account > Settings (at the top right) > Google Drive
- Under the same section, click a new button labeled "Add New Master Folder"
- A new window will open (this is your Google drive directory)
- Navigate through, CounselMore > Master Folder > Athlete Master Folder, and single click the Athlete Material Container folder.
- Click the blue button at the bottom labeled "Select"
- You should now see your Master folder labeled in the CounselMore app
