Adding a file to a student record

If you have the appropriate level plan, you can connect Master Material Folders from your Google drive to your CounselMore account. This will allow you to one-click copy documents directly into any student's folder.

With any plan, you can upload directly to any student folder by using the student's Files tab.

Either upload from your computer or import from google. 

 

Two options for adding a file to a student record

 

They are both just as easy, which one you use just depends on where the file you need is located.

  • If the file being added is in a folder in your computer (desktop, documents, downloads)

Go to any student record > Files Tab > menu button > Upload file

 

  • If the file being added was already uploaded or created in your drive by you

 Go to any student record > Files Tab > menu button > Import from Google
