When you click on a student’s name, you may see a popup displaying key admissions details. This feature is designed to help counselors review and report final outcomes quickly at the end of the admissions season.
What the popup includes:
GPA, Weighted GPA, and Alternate GPA
Highest SAT Math, Reading, and Composite scores
Highest ACT Composite score
Admissions Outcomes (College list: Major, Chosen Deadline, Test Scores Submitted, Application Submitted, Initial Decision, Final Decision, Award Amount (p. year), App Notes, Enrolled)
Who sees this popup?
This will only appear for students whose graduation year is recent—for example, Class of 2025—where decisions are expected around this time.
How to disable the popup:
Click “Save” to confirm the information or save it as-is. This will prevent the popup from appearing again for that student.
If you click “Remind Me Later”, the popup will continue to appear each time you open the student record until it’s saved.
Note for international counselors:
We understand that admissions timelines differ around the world. If you’re not ready to close out the season, feel free to click “Remind Me Later” until you are—or “Save” to stop the prompt if it’s becoming a distraction.
