Admin account controls added license permissions. 2 options for Accounting permissions: Full accounting or limited accounting. Consequences explained.
To display your business contact information on billing inquiries or invoices, Admins must adjust their Counselor's Accounting setup accordingly.
1. Click the Counselor > Counselor Accounting > Choose provide limited accounting features.
This adjustment ensures that any billing inquiries will be directed to the Admin for prompt assistance. Consequently, the invoice will prominently feature the business phone number and the Admin's email address, streamlining communication and providing clients with the necessary contact information for financial matters rather than the counselor's business contact information.
2. Student Record > Accounting Tab > Hamburger Button > Preview / Send Invoice
3. The business contact information for the Admin will be shown instead of the counselor's contact information.
