Data - Retired Data Point
When I see "Retired Data Point" - what does that mean?
Customers can click on any data point cell and then select the '?' icon. This action will open a box displaying the last update date for the specific data and the source of that update.
If the date stamp indicates "Retired Data Point," it signifies that the data is no longer being collected by the data resource and the data supplier has ceased gathering information for that particular point.
As a result, CounselMore will not provide regular updates for this data point. Nevertheless, all members have the ability to update their own data or to submit data additions directly to support@counselmore.com for manual updates to be implemented.
