What happens after purchase
- Curriculum: All 20 assignments load into Settings › Routine Assignments. The originals are preserved, so you can customize freely.
- Contract: After purchasing the contract, click the green 'Download' button to save it.
- Subscription: Your first year of CounselMore at the 15 Active Student tier is included.
Recommended first week:
- Apply the curriculum to Danny Demo, your practice student.
- Edit the assignments for your voice, pricing and service model. Remove the Counselor Guidance notes before assigning to real students.
- Brand your contract and send it to your first families.
- Apply your customized curriculum to real students (Assignments › Menu › Add Routine Assignments) and set Start Dates.

Is "Complete College Counselor" the same thing?
Yes. The Complete Counselor Package is sometimes called the Complete College Counselor bundle. They're the same product.
I already have a CounselMore subscription. Can I buy this?
No. The bundle is for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers can buy the curriculum and the contract individually from Settings › Toolbox. Check each item for special offers.
Can I get more than 15 Active Students?
The bundle includes the 15 Active Students plan. Write support@counselmore.com if you'd like to bundle with a higher plan.
What happens after the first year?
Your base subscription renews at the standard rate.
Is there a per-student fee for the curriculum?
No. The curriculum is a one-time purchase with unlimited student use. Your subscription tier is based on Active Students.
Can I get a refund?
The curriculum is non-refundable once delivered because access is immediate.
Can I share the curriculum or contract with colleagues?
No. The license is tied to your CounselMore account. To share with colleagues, add them as counselor licenses on a team account.
