Community Events - Study Hall
Study hall is a great time to gather with your peers and learn more about how other Counselors are using their portals during any given part of the season. Show up to spread the knowledge or just show up and take it all in. It's a peer led event meaning the specialist on the call will be present in the chat to provide article suggestions but the community will lead the meeting and decide where it goes.
It's an open space to share your thoughts but there are some general guidelines to follow:

If you are experiencing a bug please reach out to support. The specialist on the call with not have backend access to look at bugs.

Feature requests can be discussed but request submissions need to go through support in order for product to receive them and consider them.
