College Notes feature allows counselors to add and style notes for individual colleges directly within the Counselor Portal. Choose visible to students
Tip: Ensure your student can view college notes by adding the college notes column to your student list.
College Notes

- Customizable Notes: Add styled text to emphasize key points or organize information effectively
- Save Notes and Search by Keyword later: Vaguely remembering a tour you were on years ago? Just search all college notes by keyword to refresh and find your knowledge.
- Improved Collaboration: Notes are visible across both counselor and student portals, providing a unified platform for sharing information.
To assist you in getting started, please follow these steps:
- Head to your counselor list > college notes column
- Double - click to add or edit a note for a specific college
- Style the text as needed, such as highlighting, bolding, or italicizing important information
