Using tags and broadcasts not only helps you maintain personal connections with families through thoughtful gestures like birthday messages, but it also builds rapport and enhances client satisfaction. **To effectively organize students and parents by their birthday month, please follow these steps:** 1. Go to any Student Record \> Click the pencil to open the Student Profile 2. Expand the Administrator Banner 3.
