Student Profile - Test Scores, ACT, SAT, Superscore, ESLT
How to record student test scores? Where are test Scores entered? All types of test scores are entered into the Student Profile
1) Click the Pencil icon to the left of the Student Name to reveal the Student Profile section.
This section is a draft of the college application. This section is called the "Bio Banners" or student Profile.

2) Open the Testing banner

Subject Tests:
Subject tests are an option to enter because a student's subject test scores are valid for 5 years after test administration date. When students have a Subject test score, most Admissions committees will reflect on the additional information submitted. As well, some maintain this information regardless of its application viability.
Subject tests are no longer offered by Collegeboard but can still be recorded here but it is not mandatory to record any Subject test information.

TEST STRATEGY
The section begins asking the student of their testing plans.
While many colleges offer test-optional applications, all testing should still be thoughtfully considered as part of your overall college planning process.
In the space below, describe any plans or considerations you’ve already made regarding standardized testing. This may include your goals, current preparation, or decisions about whether or not to test. There is no commitments being made below, this information is asked of you as a starting point for planning purposes only. In the open text field below, enter test you've already taken or plan to take (leave the date blank if unknown, or enter the planned test administration date).
Note: Registration deadlines and official test dates can be found on the ACT and SAT websites. It is the student's responsibility to research these dates and register on time.

AP Tests & Eval Fit Report
When schools are added to either the Counselor or Student list, you can enable an additional data column called the "Eval Fit." Activating this column allows you to review a report that directly compares each student’s preparation to the specific application requirements for each school. This feature streamlines the evaluation of college fit for counselors, parents, and students alike.
