Click again when you return to the student's tab, the clock will begin at the time it left off at. ### Use case: When the counselor is in a meeting, they click the stop watch to track the meeting time. When a counselor is working on a student's record, they click the stop watch to track time spent oo student. Time is auto populated to the Accounting tab.  Click the Plus symbol and a box will open, complete the fields you choose and click submit. The time will be recorded as a line item in the Accounting tab, saved but fully editable later. In order to make the most of our reporting features, it is crucial to utilize the time tracking function in CounselMore. By keeping track of time, you will be able to generate accurate reports on the "Time per Student." Our user-friendly time tracking feature allows you to easily record the time dedicated to each student. This information is extremely valuable for making informed decisions within your organization, as well as for documenting time spent for grants and funding opportunities. Furthermore, CounselMore offers versatile accounting profiles that go beyond basic time tracking. These profiles can effectively monitor the time allocated to various student service areas, such as enrichment programs, meal provision, and transportation logistics.
