TROUBLESHOOTING
The invite to the student portal is in your student's email - it's in their inbox or spam or promotions or junk....but most of the time its there.
Click here for instructions on how to unmark spam.
NOTE : To prevent CounselMore emails from being marked as Spam, add "notifications@counselmore.com" to your email address book.
Please check. If still not found, please email support@counselmore.com or better, use the help button at the top of your screen.
Please include the student's email address.
You may have invited your student to the Student Portal and invited them to their Google Folder at the same time.
The student received both invites but one went to their inbox and the other landed in spam. The invite is not recognized as the invite.
