[Clients - Biographical Banners](https://helpdesk.counselmore.com/client-management?hsLang=en#clients-biographical-banners) # Student Profile - Invite Not Found by Client ## Student Profile - Invite Not Found by Client Check spam , junk, trash boxes TROUBLESHOOTING The invite to the student portal is in your student's email - it's in their inbox or spam or promotions or junk....but most of the time its there.  **[Click here for instructions on how to unmark spam](https://www.howtogeek.com/290046/how-to-stop-legitimate-emails-from-getting-marked-as-spam/).**  **NOTE : To prevent CounselMore emails from being marked as Spam, add "notifications@counselmore.com" to your email address book.**   Please check. If still not found, please email support@counselmore.com or better, use the help button at the top of your screen.  Please include the student's email address.   You may have invited your student to the Student Portal *and* invited them to their Google Folder at the same time.     The student received both invites but one went to their inbox and the other landed in spam.
