Assignments Tab - Order of the added routine assignments
An assignment refers to any task or work that you would like to assign to either a student, parent, or counselor. These assignments can be tracked with a designated start date and due date. With the app, you have the ability to create and assign multiple assignments to be completed by either the students/parents or the counselors.
Here are a few examples to showcase how the app organizes assignments when you add multiple routine tasks. This feature allows you to easily track the order in which assignments are added, ensuring a well-structured and organized workflow for students, parents, or counselors.
Imagine you have a set of three routine assignments to complete during the second week of November.
- Assignment 1:
Start Date - November 6
Due Date - November 7
- Assignment 2:
Start Date - November 7
Due Date - November 9
When adding assignments with different due dates, the app will prioritize the first assignment added, which is due on November 7, and place it at the top of the list.
Let's see what will be the order of the assignments when we added another assignment to the list.
3. Assignment 3:
Start Date - November 7
Due Date - November 8
This shows that the earliest to due will be at the top, then followed by the second to due and so forth showing an ascending order of the multiple added assignments.
