Switch between them from the App Tracker **Menu**. #### View by Assignment This is the default view. \[What it shows, e.g., one row per college, with each application requirement and its status column across the top.\] Use it to work through application requirements and statuses. #### ![appview](https://helpdesk.counselmore.com/hs-fs/hubfs/appview.png?width=670&height=365&name=appview.png) View by College ![viewbycollege](https://helpdesk.counselmore.com/hs-fs/hubfs/viewbycollege.png?width=670&height=363&name=viewbycollege.png)\[What it shows, e.g., colleges laid out vertically, with all of each school’s requirements grouped together.\] Use it to see everything for one school in one place. #### Column order View by Assignment shows your columns in the order you saved, whether you set it in Settings or dragged the columns into place in the App Tracker. View by College has a fixed layout, and its columns can’t be rearranged.
