App Tracker - Status & Strategy Columns for application requirement columns

This article provides detailed instructions for setting up and understanding the Application Requirement Data and Partner Status columns in the App Tracker.

Turning On Columns in App Tracker

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the App Tracker >> Menu >>Data Menu:

    • Open the App Tracker.
    • Go to the Data Menu.
  2. Enable Columns:

    • There are banners of data. The 2 you are looking for are 1) the Application Requirements and 2) Status and Strategy Columns
    • Application Requirement Data Column: Ensure this column is turned on by setting the app tracker heart icon to true/green.
    • Partner Status Column: Ensure this column is turned on by setting the app tracker heart icon to true.

Result of Enabling both corresponding Columns

When both the Application Requirement Data and corresponding Partner Status columns are turned on (both set to true), they become linked or "married." In the App Tracker, the Application Requirement Data column will appear on the left, and the Partner Status column will appear on the right.

Customizing Column Order

  • Users can click, hold, and drag columns to rearrange their order. Divorcing the 2 columns from each other. However, the default design keeps the paired columns together.

  • Recommendations will be shown as Rec. Letter #1/Status.
  • AP / IB requirements will be shown as Supp Materials Status.
