Accounting - Marking payment as received
When you receive a payment, you will add a payment into the student Accounting tab.
Navigate to the Accounting Tab and add a new line item if none are currently listed.
As soon as you receive payment from your client, make sure to promptly record payment it in the Accounting Tab to notify them that their payment has been received.
After recording the payment in the accounting tab, click on the green parent icon to preview or send the invoice to your clients. You will see that the balance has already decreased once the payment from your client has been recorded.
